Rizlas Rascally Canapés!

Roll out some puff pastry
Add a desert spoon of boursin herby cheese
And a good dollop of Red Rascal rustic sweet chilli sauce.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10 mins until the cheese is bubbling.

Boys Night In

2 Large packets of traditional Nacho’s
1 packet of grated cheese (your choice, although we recommend Mozzarella)
1 small tub of sour cream
5 tablespoon of Red Rascal

On a baking tray put a layer of nachos; sprinkle a layer of cheese, layer of Red Rascal. Repeat for another layer or two or three up to you! Extra cheese on top (don’t forget to sprinkle all the nachos. Put in the oven for 3 minutes on a high heat until the cheese has melted and the nachos are quite crisp. Then pour on top a small tub of sour cream and an enormous dollop of Red Rascal spread over the top so it drips down the side and serve. It will disappear in 2 minutes!
